Late arrivals & Cancellation Policy.

At BASE, our aim is to provide the best experience for everyone. To achieve this, we have implemented the following policies:

LATE ARRIVALS:

For late arrivals, your appointment time will be reduced to accommodate the time remaining. Our barbers will do their best based on the time remaining with your appointment. If you choose not to proceed with the service, it will be considered as a no-show.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy for all services. Late cancellations will be considered as a no-show.

If a client has more than one no-show within a 3-month period, the following penalties will apply:

- 2nd No Show: 50% of the Service Value will be charged towards the next service.

- 3rd No Show & Onwards: 100% of the Service Value will be charged towards the next service.

We recognise that unforeseen situations may occur, and we encourage clients to reach out to us to review our policies on a case-by-case basis.
